India to take up issue of funding cuts for Pakistan with World Bank, IMF, ADB: Report

Finance Ministry is expected to take up issue of cutting funding for Pakistan with World Bank, International Monetary Fund (IMF) and Asian Development Bank (ADB) in few days, Moneycontrol reported.

 Officials will push for a substantial cut, citing diversion of funds as reason. As of April, ADB and World Bank have committed $43.4-billion and over $20-billion loans to Pakistan respectively.
